• Records of quotes, jobs, certificates and payments
• Messages you send us by phone, email, enquiry form or live chat
• Basic technical data such as IP address and pages visited on this website

Why we use it

We use your data to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, carry out and guarantee our work, issue paperwork for completed work, take payment, and meet our legal obligations. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in running the business and answering enquiries.

Who we share it with

We share data only where necessary: with the relevant authorities where work must be notified, with boiler manufacturers to register your warranty, and with our accountants and IT/CRM providers who process data on our behalf. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become jobs are deleted after 12 months. Job, certificate and financial records are kept for 7 years to meet legal, insurance and guarantee requirements.
